CNN's Soledad O'Brien to Deliver Annual "State of Race" Talk
Soledad O'BrienCNN journalist Soledad O’Brien, anchor of the award-winning series “Black in America,” “Latino in America,” “Muslim in America” and “Gary and Tony Have a Baby,” will deliver the annual “State of Race” talk at Emory University Tuesday, January 25 at 8 p.m. She will discuss contemporary race relations in America.
The event takes place at Glenn Memorial Auditorium, 1652 N. Decatur Road. Doors open at 7 p.m.
Tickets are free for the general public and are available through the Emory Center for Ethics at 404.727.4954. Tickets for Emory faculty, staff and students are available for free at the Dobbs University Center’s information desk.
Sponsors include the Emory Student College Council, the Emory Center for Ethics and the Office of Multicultural Programs and Services.
